  • 13 to 16 ounces of pre-made pizza dough
  • 3/4 to 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • about 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • about 8 ounces cooked turkey sausage or turkey pepperoni
  • sliced black olives
  • chopped baby spinach
  • mini Italian meatballs
  • cooked corn kernels
  • fresh basil
  • marinara sauce for dipping
  • chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a mini skull baking tin with cooking spray.
  2. Roll out the pre-made pizza dough to about 1/4 inch thick and cut into rectangles.
  3. Place each piece of dough in the skull cavities and fill with pizza sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and your choice of toppings.
  4. Fold over the dough and pinch edges to seal.
  5. Chill in the fridge while the oven heats up.
  6. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling for 5 minutes before serving.
