  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup chocolate melts (white or dark)
  • Festive sprinkles
  • Candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until smooth.
  2. Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake according to package instructions (about 25 minutes).
  3. Allow the cake to cool completely before crumbling it into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  4. Add approximately 1/2 cup frosting to the crumbled cake mixture. Mix until it can hold shape when pressed.
  5. Firmly press the mixture into cakesicle molds and freeze for one hour.
  6. Melt chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl, dip each cakesicle until fully coated, then place on parchment paper.
  7. While chocolate is still wet, add festive sprinkles and candy eyes.
