  • 1 3/4 cups Gluten-Free Sprouted Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Strawberry Jam
  • 6 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
  • 5 oz Dairy-free 70% Dark Chocolate Bar (about 2 bars)

Instructions

  1. Pulse oats in a mini food processor until coarsely chopped; mix in flaxseed and salt.
  2. Combine oat mixture with peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until fully blended.
  3. Press 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cup; create a dent in the center.
  4. Fill with strawberry jam followed by more peanut butter; freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt dairy-free dark chocolate and coat each cup; freeze again for at least 10 minutes before serving.
