- 1 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Strawberry Jam
- 6 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
- 5 oz Dairy-free 70% Dark Chocolate Bar (about 2 bars)
- Pulse oats in a mini food processor until coarsely chopped; mix in flaxseed and salt.
- Combine oat mixture with peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until fully blended.
- Press 2 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cup; create a dent in the center.
- Fill with strawberry jam followed by more peanut butter; freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt dairy-free dark chocolate and coat each cup; freeze again for at least 10 minutes before serving.
